Z Force Farm is a growing nursery and landscaping company specializing in trees, shrubs, and landscape design across the GTA. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor aesthetics, horticulture, and sustainable design. This role involves developing innovative landscape plans, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. A strong background in gardening, landscape maintenance, and customer service is essential to deliver exceptional results that meet client expectations and enhance outdoor environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with plant selection and provide professional recommendations
- Sell nursery products including trees, shrubs, and landscaping materials
- Create simple landscape design drawings for clients
- Maintain plant displays and ensure the nursery is well-presented Follow up with customers and support ongoing sales
Requirements
- Passion for plants and landscaping
- Background in Horticulture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or Graphic Design preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Basic design skills (hand sketch or software is a plus)
Work Schedule
5 days per week 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30mins break)
Compensation
Base salary: $2,520/month + 3% commission
Expected income: $3000-4,000 (uncapped)
