What would your day look like as a Restaurant Manager?
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, including front and back of house
- Hire and train new employees
- Deliver superior food and beverage service, maximizing customer satisfaction
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Keep brand Standards
- Promote the brand in the local community
Who is our ideal candidate?
- Previous experience in management, restaurant preferred
- Smart serve certified (bonus)
- Safe food handling certified (bonus)
- Strong communication and customer service experience
