Experienced Carpenter / Crew Lead
Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract
We’re a reputable, growing, family-run construction business looking for an experienced carpenter, tradesman, or contractor who wants to take ownership, lead projects, and help move work forward — not wait to be told every step.

- - - - - The Role:
You’ll work across a wide range of residential, agricultural, and commercial projects and help lead jobs from planning through completion.
This includes:
- Crew leadership, supervision, and on-site direction
- Reading, understanding, and implementing construction drawings
- Material take-offs, ordering, and basic quoting support
- Problem-solving on site and keeping work moving efficiently
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and jobsite organization
Project Types Include:
- Timber framing & standard framing
- Concrete (flatwork & foundations)
- Custom homebuilding
- Shops (start to finish)
- Windows & doors
- Pole buildings
- Metal cladding & roofing
- Occasional ranch-related work

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years construction experience
- Think ahead and solve problems without constant oversight
- Are confident with math, measurements, and material calculations
- Care about quality, details, + a job well done
- Are adaptable and enjoy learning new skills
- Can operate equipment such as a bobcat and/or telehandler
- Are honest, reliable, and take pride in your work
(Carpentry apprenticeship or journeyman certification is an asset but not required.)
The Details
- Full-time, part-time, or contracting options available
- Majority of evenings & weekends off
- All work within 40 minutes of Pincher Creek
- Pay based on experience, responsibility, and capability
