*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. *Responsibilities* - Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking various menu items - Follow recipes and presentation specifications - Ensure food safety standards are met in the kitchen - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation - Help with inventory management and stock rotation *Experience* - Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques - Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment - Experience with meal preparation and cooking techniques - Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
