Four Corners Contracting is an Alberta-based construction company. We have many ongoing projects that include constructing new buildings and homes, home and retail renovations and retail build outs.
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team to support the CEO and Project Managers along with performing other administrative functions. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Key Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Exeptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset
Primary Responsibilities
- Creation and tracking of project cost estimates
- QuickBooks data entry and bookkeeping tasks
- Computerize information for easy access and retrieval
- File and organize physical and digital documents
- Correspond with customers and vendors via phone and email
