```Duties:```
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport transit riders within the boundaries of Pembroke for ORTC
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, including maintaining a clean driving record
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate and resolve any issues that may arise
-Able to cover shifts with minimal notice
```Qualifications:```
- Valid G driver's license -provide a current 3 year uncertified Driver's Abstract -Emergency First Aid/AED level C an asset -provide a current Vulnerable Sector Screening letter from area Police Services -able to perform medium physical activities which may require pushing a wheelchair -able to drive an accessible Dodge ProMaster van, carries up to 9 passengers - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -training will be provided on vehicle operation and safe usage of wheelchair lift and securement procedures
Pay: $22.00 per hour
