Restaurant Manager – Smitty's & Gondola Pizza (Selkirk)
Smitty's Selkirk is now also a Gondola Pizza location! We're looking for a passionate, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to help bring this exciting combination to its full potential.

Experience Required
- 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Pizza restaurant experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, supervise, and motivate staff.
- Train and develop team members to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent food quality.
- Oversee daily operations, quality control, and operational procedures.
- Organize, monitor, and maintain food, beverage, and supply inventory.
- Ensure all health, food safety, and workplace safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer concerns professionally and implement follow-up training where needed.
- Coordinate and manage catering and special events.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant experience.
- Pizza restaurant experience is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (required).
- Valid Serving It Safe Certification (required).
