Job Title: Kinesiologist

Schedule: Casual (with flexible shifts)
Hourly Rate of Pay: $33.00 to $36.00
In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Success in this position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as you will actively guide clients through their rehabilitation journey while supporting safe and sustainable return to work outcomes. Job Qualifications

Please note that based on recent government mandates and directives, healthcare workers are now required to provide proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination. If successful, new hires will be required to provide proof of vaccination prior to their start date.
- University Degree in respective profession as required by the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario
- Certificate of Registration with respective College and proof of malpractice insurance
- Two (2) years related experience in the assessment and treatment of clients/patients with MSK injuries, including chronic pain; work related injuries, MVA and/or experience in the third-party health care system is an asset
- Knowledge of active rehab protocols
- FAE and return to work planning skills preferred; Disability Management skills also preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates appropriate and effective written, oral, and nonverbal communication skills
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
Duties and Responsibilities
- A Clinician who can adhere to confidentiality requirements, can demonstrate initiative, and with excellent judgement and prioritizing skills
- A Clinician who understands the detail required for insurance reporting and who is not deterred by mandatory processes; experience in case management and communication with third-party/referral services desirable
- A passionate and dedicated team player who can work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team and who is committed to the challenge of working with clients suffering from acute and chronic workplace injuries
