At Allnorth, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping and executing our Information Services strategy while partnering with senior leadership to ensure our technology investments support a growing and evolving business.
A Day in the Life
As the Director, Information Services, you will lead the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of Allnorth’s Information Services function.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute Information Services strategy, policies, and priorities aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and support a distributed Information Services team
- Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and service delivery
- Oversee Information Services operations, infrastructure, business systems, and technology investments
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to maximize value and performance
- Lead technology transformation initiatives and support successful implementation of new systems and solutions
- Champion cybersecurity, information privacy, and business continuity practices across the organization
- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Diploma or degree in Information Services, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a B.Sc. or professional designation is considered an asset
- 10+ years of progressive Information Services experience, including leadership responsibility in a complex business environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business technology strategy
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operational priorities, and drive organizational change
- Strong business acumen with experience balancing technology investments, operational needs, and cost effectiveness
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support business and team needs
