Your Opportunity
Seeking an individual to join our team as an Embroidery Operator. The right candidate will be a hardworking, eager and adaptable individual with an attention to detail and task efficiency.
Responsibilities include
- Prepare garments for production including unpacking boxes and performing a quality check.
- Verify stock matches Packing Slips and Purchase Order
- Digitize Logos
- Hoop and Operate Embroidery Machine
- Perform scheduled maintenance on the Embroidery Machine
- Apply decoration with various heat presses
- Operate DTF printer
- Prepare garments for delivery to clients
Requirements:
- Embroidery Experience
- Must have a keen eye for detail and quality control
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of basic softwares such as Microsoft Suite (Excel & Word) and Google Suite (Drive).
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- High School Diploma
Extras that would be great:
- Previous experience in garment printing and production
- Digitizing experience
- Previous experience with heat press / sublimation equipment
