Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning newly constructed or renovated properties to ensure they are move-in ready. This role requires a strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction, contributing to a seamless transition for clients into their new spaces. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of construction sites, including dust removal, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Remove debris, leftover materials, and construction waste from the property
- Clean windows, fixtures, appliances, and other surfaces to meet quality standards
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and presentable for occupancy or final inspection
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with project managers or clients regarding specific cleaning requirements or concerns
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or post construction cleaning is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are REQUIRED

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
