Experienced Gutter Installer / Construction Worker
IronWhale Exteriors is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Gutter Installers.
We are primarily seeking experienced gutter installers with proven installation experience. However, we are also willing to train candidates who have strong construction experience, are comfortable working at heights, and are eager to build a career in the exterior construction industry.

Compensation
- Experienced Gutter Installers: Paid on a piece-rate (per linear foot) basis from day one.
- Trainees: Candidates with strong construction experience who require gutter installation training will be paid $24.00/hour during the training period. Once you are able to complete installations independently while meeting our quality standards, you will transition to piece-rate compensation.
Responsibilities
- Install eavestroughs (gutters), downspouts, elbows, and related components.
- Measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
- Work safely from ladders and at heights.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work efficiently as part of a professional installation crew.
RequirementsPreferred
- Proven experience installing eavestroughs (gutters) and downspouts.
We Will Also Consider Candidates Who Have
- Strong construction experience (such as siding, roofing, framing, exterior finishing, or similar trades).
- Confidence using hand tools and power tools.
- Experience working safely at heights and from ladders.
- A willingness to learn gutter installation techniques.
- A valid driver's licence (preferred).
- Basic English communication skills.
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
