EduOttawa was founded by University of Ottawa graduates, dedicated to providing exceptional educational services to international students in Canada and China. Our offerings include personalized tutoring and fostering intercultural communication skills. We are currently seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as part-time English Teachers to support international students from G6 to G12.
Job Description:
- Deliver tailored academic support to students in Grades 6-12, focusing on English proficiency and literature analysis.
- Develop engaging teaching materials and supplementary assignments to enhance student comprehension and engagement.
- Maintain regular progress reports for each student and communicate effectively with the Program Director regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Address any issues or challenges promptly, informing the Program Director as necessary.
Qualifications:
We are seeking Certified Teachers in Ontario or those on the path to certification who demonstrate the following:
- Enthusiastic educators with prior teaching experience and a deep commitment to student success.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive learning experiences.
- A genuine enjoyment of working with students and the ability to cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
