Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in Richmond, BC.
In this inside sales role, you'll assist customers with moving inquiries, prepare accurate estimates, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. If you're driven, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and online quote requests
- Provide professional consultations and accurate moving estimates
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through exceptional customer service and consistent follow-up
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers
- Manage customer information and follow-ups using CRM software
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and booking goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a call centre environment
- Experience in the moving, transportation, or logistics industry is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and email
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
