We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager and Sales Specialist for Traffic Pro Services in Lower Mainland/travel to Island occasionally . This pivotal role involves driving sales growth and leading innovative marketing initiatives to enhance our reputation as a trusted traffic control provider.
Responsibilities
' Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Manage relationships with construction companies and local authorities.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Qualifications' Proven experience in sales within the traffic control or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in marketing management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Traffic control person experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.'

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
