We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Coordinator to support our Unified Leadership Office, consisting of the Managing Partner and the Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a complex, fast-paced calendar — including internal meetings, client appointments, and multi-partner schedules.
- Organize and prepare processes and monitor compliance.
- Draft correspondence, letters, internal communications, and summaries.
- Track and follow up on firm-wide priorities with department heads.
- Coordinate partner and management meetings: prepare agendas, take notes, and track deliverables.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients in a polished, professional manner.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to financing, marketing, and technology projects.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Perform other executive or administrative tasks as required, occasionally including travel coordination or firm events.
Qualifications
- Entry-level position.

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with professionalism.
- Discretion, sound judgment, and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable liaising with partners, associates, staff, and external stakeholders.
