PART-TIME ON-CALL
CERTIFIED COOK

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Provide quality meals according to standardized recipes for regular and therapeutic diets
that meet the nutritional needs of the residents.
- Minimum grade twelve (12) education and certificate as a Cook from the Skilled Trades
Ontario Apprenticeship and current Food Handlers Certificate (Health Unit) of up to one
(1) year.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience cooking required.
This is an existing vacant position with a salary range is $29.24 to $30.96 (2026 rates) as per
the C.U.P.E. Collective Agreement.
