Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Duties
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that align with educational standards and individual student needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress, maintaining detailed records of milestones and challenges
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and enhance overall program quality
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting; classroom experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while fostering teamwork among staff members
- Excellent organizational skills for managing activities, assessments, and classroom materials
- Strong writing skills for documentation and parent communication
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities within the classroom setting
- Passion for teaching, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
