Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
- Handle food safely by following sanitation and food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Manage cashier duties including processing payments, giving change, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Experience and requirements :
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts, is an asset.
- Reliable transportation is preferred. Candidates with access to a vehicle will be given additional consideration.
Pay: $18.25-$18.40 per hour
