- Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal / Permanent
- Salary: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour (Dependent on experience)
- Work Location: GTA
- Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays based on weather) [
Key Responsibilities
- Execute hardscape installations including interlocking stone, pavers, flagstone, and retaining walls.
- Prepare ground bases by performing excavation, grading, layout preparation, and aggregate compaction.
- Operate specialized tools including stone saws, plate tampers, laser levels, and power tools safely.
- Repair and restore interlock surfaces, including lifting, re-leveling, power washing, and applying polymeric sand.
- Manage site logistics by loading/unloading materials, keeping tools organized, and maintaining a safe job site.
- Collaborate with crew leaders and follow design layouts closely to ensure zero-defect production.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience explicitly in interlocking and hardscape installation.
- Licence: Valid G-class driver’s licence with a clean abstract is preferred.
- Career Growth: Opportunities to move up into a Lead Hand, Foreperson, or Crew Leader position.
