Inspirah Property Management Limited is looking for a professional full time Condominium Manager within the Guelph area.
If you are self-motivated, professional Condominium Manager with excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills then you may be the newest member of our team. General Licensee preferred, but we will consider a Limited Licensee.
Position includes all duties associated with the efficient management of condominium corporations, including but not limited to:
- Communication with Board members and owners
- Planning and participating in meetings of the Board of Directors and meetings of owners, including Annual General Meetings and special meetings
- Preparation of new owner packages
- Preparation of Budgets and arranging for Reserve Fund Studies and Performance Audits
- Interpreting financial statements and presenting them to the Board of Directors
- Arranging for contractors for the repair of units and common elements for all the properties within a portfolio of corporations
- Tendering quotes for service contracts and various other projects
