Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, memos, and briefs with clarity and precision.
- Assist in preparing cases for trial by organizing evidence, drafting motions, and reviewing legal precedents.
- Support negotiations with opposing counsel or clients to achieve favorable outcomes aligned with legal standards.
- Review and analyze case files, statutes, regulations, and legal literature to ensure thorough understanding of relevant issues.
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and depositions as needed to gain practical experience and support senior attorneys.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.

Pay: $110,000.00-$175,244.91 per year
