Optical experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn is a must!
We are local, co-owning optometrists, with over 20 years combined experience in the industry. We are looking for someone to join our team as we move into our 5th year of operation and who can help us continue to build our vision of a community-oriented, family friendly, inclusive, full scope independent optometry clinic.
What we're looking for:

- A tech savvy individual with good time management skills
We are a smaller boutique-style clinic, so a willingness to be cross-trained in different areas around the office is a must.
What you'll do (responsibilities include, but are not limited to):
- Helping patients find the frame they love that fits them best
- Provide expert recommendations in lens selection/dispensing
- Optical repairs and adjustments
- Some administrative work
- Troubleshooting fitting and vision issues
- Placing lab orders and checking lab orders for accuracy
We are located at beautiful Mattick's Farm, serviced by BC Transit Route #32 and the Lochside Trail. Parking is free.
Our working hours are Tuesdays to Saturday (and closed all stat holidays):
- Tuesday 9-5
- Wednesday 10-6
- Thursday 10-6
- Friday 9-5
- Saturday 9-3
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
