We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry stations
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for ingredients or supplies
- Serve dishes to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Support training of junior kitchen staff as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role such as line cook or sous chef
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards (HACCP certification is a plus)
- Experience working in a restaurant setting with high-volume service
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and cuisines within the food industry
- Prior experience in serving guests and managing food service operations is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
