neighbourhood in west Toronto. We're dedicated to helping our community move better, feel
better, and live better — through personalized movement and mobility sessions in a welcoming,
professional environment.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Movement Specialist to join our growing team as an independent contractor. If you're driven by results, love working with clients one-on-one, and want the flexibility of contract work within a supportive studio environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver one-on-one and group mobility/movement sessions to WellnessTO clients
- Provide high-quality service in line with WellnessTO's standards and protocols
- Build rapport with members and contribute to client retention
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate with studio leadership as needed
Compensation
Commission-based independent contractor role. Pay is calculated per session:

Rates are inclusive of HST. Contractors are responsible for their own tax remittances.
What We're Looking For
- Certified in a relevant discipline (kinesiology, personal training, stretch therapy,
corrective exercise, yoga, physiotherapy assistant, etc.)
- Experience working with clients in a hands-on wellness or fitness setting
- Valid liability insurance (required)
- HST registration number (or willingness to register)
- Professionalism, reliability, and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently within a team environment
