Job description
A growing law firm seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal and Estate law experience would be an asset. This is a full time position with salary and bonus structure. We are looking for someone to lead the assistant team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience closing residential real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refinances) independently
- Familiar with basic real estate and legal software (Lawyer Done Deal & EsiLaw)
The ideal candidate has experience, and enjoys working in a busy Real Estate law office. Is able to problem solve and work independently but is a team player.
