TOMCO Production Services (BC) Ltd. is looking to fill a full-time SHOP TECHNICIAN position at our Fort St. John location. This position is a weekday shift from 8am-5pm, seeking full-time however part-time may be considered.

To be considered for this position, you shall:

Be mechanically inclined, able to service and repair a variety of equipment and tools

Properly track shipping and receiving, load and unload trucks

Service fleet vehicles

Be able to operate a forklift with respect to material handling (Forklift certificate is an asset)

Possess a valid non-restricted driver’s licence (Class 3 considered an asset) with clean abstract to be insured on our company policy in order to pick up parts, make deliveries or hotshots within Fort St. John, as required.

Be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and do yard work as required

Be able to stand or your feet (standing/walking) most of the workday

Maintain a safe and clean shop by handling material and storing properly

Be a self-starter, possess high attention to detail and have strong safety awareness.

Have solid references with the ability to pass industry drug testing.
