Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve organizational goals and expand market presence
- Lead, motivate, and supervise regional teams to ensure high performance and engagement
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Drive sales initiatives and identify new business development opportunities to increase revenue streams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align regional activities with overall company objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive review
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business growth
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles within a regional or multi-site environment
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives
- Strong leadership abilities with supervising experience managing diverse teams
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure

Pay: $11,200.00-$12,500.00 per month
