We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. Built on reliability, quality, and long-term client relationships, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for a closer who brings their book and their drive.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a cold-start role. You’ll walk in with infrastructure, a strong service reputation, and the support to hit the ground running. We want someone who already knows the commercial cleaning space — and has the numbers to prove it.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage your existing client relationships and industry contacts to generate immediate revenue
- Develop and close new commercial accounts across office, industrial, retail, and property management sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and client retention
What You Bring
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in commercial cleaning or a closely related facilities service
- A proven, portable book of business — this is non-negotiable
- Demonstrated track record with verifiable revenue numbers
- Strong closer mentality with the relationship skills to back it up
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Valid G licence and reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission structure — your ceiling is yours to set
