We are hiring reliable and hardworking Seafood Packaging Workers to join one of our client team. The successful candidates will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and preparing seafood products while following food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Package seafood products according to company standards.
- Weigh, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Check product quality and ensure proper packaging.
- Work in a cold processing environment.
- Handle seafood products and work around seafood smells.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Perform other production and packaging duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous seafood, food processing, or packaging experience is required.
- Must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
- Must be comfortable with seafood smells and handling seafood products.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
