Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting residential facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential properties to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate or troubleshoot building systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, inventory control, and documentation of maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge combined with mechanical knowledge relevant to residential facilities.
- Proficiency in using schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting tools
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and record keeping.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices within residential settings.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interactions.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
