LMS Reinforcing Steel Group is seeking a motivated, energetic, and reliable individual to join our team in the Calgary & Edmonton area as a Site Support/ Site Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and supporting construction operations through site visits, deliveries, and inventory management.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily site visits to active construction projects throughout Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- Complete hotshot deliveries and pickups between job sites, suppliers, and our facilities.
- Assist with inventory tracking and material verification.
- Maintain accurate digital and handwritten records.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel, supervisors, vendors, and office staff.
- Support project teams by ensuring materials and supplies are delivered safely and on time.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50–75 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills, both by phone and email.
- Good knowledge of Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory tracking and record keeping (digital and manual).
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
- Valid First Aid Certification & previous experience in construction, logistics, delivery, or site support roles are considered assets.
