As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of automated systems and mechanical equipment, including:
PLC systems: Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) & servo motors
Palletizing robots and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
High-speed converting and packaging equipment
You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize both electrical and mechanical components to ensure safe and efficient production.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues quickly and safely
Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to enhance system reliability
Maintain compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction & Maintenance Electrician (309A) with industrial experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens)
Experience with VFDs, servos, robotics, and automated material handling systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
