The Position
· Our detail department is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and credible impressions of our new and used inventory. As the detail manager, you will be assisting and overseeing our 6-person detail team while coordinating and prioritizing workflow, maintaining a strong skillset in all areas of detail, and keeping team cohesiveness.

- This position is full time hours and starting immediately
- Dealership hours of 7:30am – 6:00pm (closed Sundays and statutory holidays)
The Requirements
- 2 relevant experience with automotive detailing
- 2 years experiencing in a supervisor type role
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Passion for the automotive industry
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Appreciation for professionalism, processes, and structure
- Ability to prioritize in a fast pace work environment
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Valid and clean driver’s abstract

Salary: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

- detailing: 2 years (preferred)
- supervising: 2 years (preferred)
