PLUMBING DIVISION LEADER
Location: Port Coquitlam, BC (Serving Greater Vancouver & Metro Vancouver)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour

WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR JUST ANOTHER SERVICE PLUMBER.
We're looking for the person other plumbers call when they're stuck.
The technician who can walk into a mechanical room, diagnose the problem, earn the customer's trust, and lead a team through difficult situations.
The person apprentices want to learn from.
The person customers ask for by name.
The person who leads by example.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
As our Plumbing Division Leader, you will:
- Be the person our plumbers call for technical guidance and support.
- Lead difficult service calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians, helping them grow into exceptional tradespeople.
- Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor.
- Help shape the future of our plumbing division through leadership, accountability, and excellence.
- Lead from the front by demonstrating professionalism, ownership, and a commitment to quality.
Most importantly, when things get difficult, people naturally look to you for leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership
- Commercial plumbing service, maintenance, and repairs
- Hydronic heating system troubleshooting and repairs
- Domestic water system service and repairs
- Drainage and sewer system troubleshooting
- Gas-fired equipment service and repairs
- Diagnosing and solving complex plumbing issues
- Supporting field technicians with technical expertise
Team Development
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians
- Share technical knowledge and best practices
- Lead by example and promote accountability
- Help establish service standards and procedures
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
Customer Leadership
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Communicate recommendations clearly and professionally
- Provide solutions that create value for customers
- Identify service and project opportunities that genuinely benefit the customer
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Red Seal Plumber
- Class B Gas Ticket
- Minimum 8 years of commercial service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Proven ability to mentor and support others
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract
Assets
- Hydronic heating experience
- Commercial boiler experience
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
