We are seeking a Production Planner for a direct hire opportunity with a consumer packaged goods manufacturing organization in Burlington, ON. As the Production Planner, you will play a key role in maintaining the master production plan, aligning production priorities with sales and operations needs, and monitoring daily output to ensure schedules remain on track. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the master production plan to support sales, operations, production priorities, and customer requirements.
- Plan, prioritize, and adjust production schedules to support maximum operational performance.
- Conduct capacity planning and monitor daily production output to identify schedule risks and required changes.
- Issue production schedules to the plant and communicate updates clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Support inventory control activities to help maintain appropriate material availability and production flow.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to production planning and schedule performance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
