Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual patient care and will work one on one with patients. This role involves working with diverse patient populations, to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance physical function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical standards.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology.
Experience
- Previous experience working as manual therapist is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to physiotherapy and patient care.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
