The Opportunity
We are looking for individuals that are passionate about cannabis and are leaders looking to grow in the industry. We are currently hiring budtenders/keyholders for both our locations at 700 West Broadway and 1286 Robson.
Key Responsibilities:
· 19+ and has the BC Provincial "Selling it Right" cannabis certification required
· Engaging with all our guests to ensure all their needs are met in a timely manner
· Assist our guests in narrowing down and simplifying their needs
· Receiving orders and cashing in/out
· Finishing all daily tasks and merchandising while ensuring that all the guests needs are met first
· Ensuring that we relay all concerns and feedback to the Manager on Duty (“MOD”)
· Ensuring the store looks clean at all times
· Opening and closing duties are complete before leaving
· Knowledge of cannabis strains, products and accessories is required
. Must have some background experience in service, retail or sales
· POS knowledge is an asset
· Demonstrates accountability, collaboration, courage and creativity in day to day operations.
Pay: $18.25-$19.50 per hour
