Position Title: CNC Milling Operator / CNC Machinist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines for precision machining of metal and other materials. The ideal candidate should be capable of interpreting technical drawings, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production efficiency while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Load raw materials and tooling into CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate machining and quality standards.
- Perform basic programming edits and machine adjustments when required.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and conduct routine maintenance checks.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and report major problems to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating CNC milling machines.
- Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
