Our Meta ads produce warm inbound leads daily: homeowners who already want the service and are waiting for a call.
You call them, run a proven framework, close, and follow up until every quote is a yes or a no. No cold calling. No door knocking. No lead generation. Just closing.
Compensation
Flat 15% commission on everything you close, uncapped. One-time jobs pay out quickly. Maintenance plans pay you on the contract, so strong months stack on top of each other. Full numbers on the first call. Top Closers average 900$ in revenue sold per hour
Why this seat is open
We are a sales organization that happens to clean windows. We hold the industry record for the most residential exterior cleaning revenue sold door to door in a single day. We develop closers, we promote closers, and we invest heavily in marketing. The result is a pipeline producing more qualified inbound leads than we currently have the capacity to call.
We have the leads and the process. We need the closer.
What you’ll do
- Own the inbound pipeline end to end: speed-to-lead callbacks, discovery, close, follow-up
- Run our call framework: discovery first, one clean number, one recommendation. You’ll receive the exact playbook, call recordings, and scripts.
- Work every open quote to a yes or a firm no. Nothing sits.
- Keep the CRM and phone system clean: accurate notes, honest pipeline stages, daily end-of-day report

Who succeeds in this role
- You’ve closed inbound leads from paid ads and understand funnels, speed to lead, and why the quote stage decides everything
- Home services, pest control, alarms, hvac, or high ticket sales is a significant asset. If you’ve sold recurring pest control plans, you already know this sale.
- Fully bilingual French and English. Montreal leads come in both. Non-negotiable.
- You learn quickly and operate independently. You’ll get a real process and real coaching, but nobody will manage your pipeline for you.
- You follow up relentlessly and can back your close rate with numbers
- You’re comfortable being measured: close rate, quote-to-close, talk ratio, daily reporting
This role is not for you if
- You quote and hope instead of following up
- You need a base salary
- You consider performance metrics micromanagement
- You speak only one of the two languages
