Dispatch Staffing is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to support our partner hospitals and other healthcare facilities in Canada.
Successful candidates will be endorsed for current and future nursing assignments based on their clinical experience, licensure, availability, and location preferences, as well as client requirements. Assignments may vary in duration, schedule, practice setting, and province.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of an approved Registered Nursing or Practical Nursing program
- Active registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory college (e.g CNO, CRNNL, CRNA, etc.)
- Eligibility to practice in at least one Canadian province (multi-province licensure is an asset)
- Recent clinical experience in high-acuity settings, including ER, OB, OR, ICU and LTC
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities
Requirements:
- Current CPR certificate is required
- Must have relevant certificates to your specialty such as ACLS/PALS/TNCC/CC1/ CTAS certificates, etc., all other required certificates or specific skillset will be specified depending on the needs of the facility
