Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and the achievement of business goals. As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, drive communication, and oversee the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, production, etc.) to execute client projects on time and within budget.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions to discuss project timelines, goals, and results.
- Create project plans, timelines, and ensure proper execution across all stages.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with insights and recommendations.
- Manage the project budget and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of time and costs.
- Negotiate contracts and handle billing inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively solve problems.
- Knowledge of marketing, advertising, or digital media campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
