Store Manager – CosmoProf
Position Summary
CosmoProf is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Store Manager to lead a professional beauty supply store. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about helping licensed beauty professionals succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop store associates.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Lead talent development initiatives and succession planning.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive store sales, customer retention, and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with salon professionals and beauty industry customers.
- Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Promote company programs, events, education opportunities, and product launches.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising, receiving, stock organization, and shrink control.
- Oversee store scheduling, payroll, and labor management.
- Maintain accurate operational and financial records.
Business Management
- Analyze sales reports and business metrics to identify opportunities.
- Execute action plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Partner with the District Manager on business strategies and staffing needs.
- Maintain presentation standards and ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty, specialty retail, or a customer-focused environment.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
- Strong sales, customer service, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management and retail operations preferred.
- Passion for the beauty industry is highly desirable.

Pay: $46,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
