We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Woodstock. This role plays a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly — from receiving and inventory accuracy to picking and shipping.
Location: Woodstock
- Pay Rate: $25.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Start Date: ASAP
What you'll be doing:
- Receiving incoming materials, unloading shipments, and inspecting for damage, quality, and quantity
- Verifying packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentation
- Recording inventory accurately within the ERP system
- Storing materials in designated locations and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Performing cycle counts and inventory audits
- Picking, preparing, packaging, and staging materials for internal departments
- Operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process suggestions
What we're looking for:
- 3-4 years of warehouse experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of modern warehouse operations and inventory control
- Valid forklift experience
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy materials
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
