Necessary skills, experience, and attributes:
- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and follow instructions
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No experience necessary – training will be provided
- Food Handler’s Certificate is an asset (or willingness to obtain)

What are your key responsibilities?
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment and/or by hand
- Ensure all items are properly sanitized, dried, and stored
- Maintain cleanliness of dish pit, kitchen floors, garbage/recycling areas, and work surfaces
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties and basic food prep tasks, as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Support kitchen staff during busy service times
