Kidco Construction is looking for a hardworking and skilled Track Loader Operator to join our Underground division for the 2026 season.
Our ideal applicant has:

2+ years of track loader experience, preferably in road construction or water/sewer projects

A strong understanding of issues involving ground disturbance
-
The ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs
-
The ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and documents (an asset)
-
The ability to work well in a team setting and be a team player
-
A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

A personal vehicle to commute to and from the site
Typical Shifts:
-
Monday to Friday – 12 hours/day

Saturday – 8-10 hours/day

Competitive Compensation: ($35 - $42) based on experience and tryout performance.

Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week

Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque
