Job description
MUST have minimum 5 years’ experience in Landscaping Administration/Office Management.
Must be proficient in Office 365 (including Excel, Word, etc)
Strong background in QuickBooks online and general accounting.
Worked with SMARTSHEETS software a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Filing
Customer Service/Answer phone calls
AP-Processing
AR/Collections
Daily and Monthly Billing
Process Bi-Weekly Payroll
Must be able to work as a team with all crew members and staff.
