Job Overview
We are actively seeking experienced AZ and DZ licensed drivers to join our team. This role involves operating dump trucks, roll off trucks and float moves efficiently and safely across various routes. Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ or DZ licensed trucks, including dump trucks, roll off trucks, and float trucks adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Load and unload freight using heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in compliance with company policies.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operational readiness.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and freight handling.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, maintenance staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
Experience
- Valid AZ or DZ commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Experience 18 speed manual transmission, commercial driving, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus for maintaining vehicle safety and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery safely in a logistics environment. This role requires dedicated professionals committed to safety, efficiency, and excellent service delivery in the transportation industry.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
