Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Intermediate Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to ensure data accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities in financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
- Ensure all bookkeeping activities adhere to established accounting standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or finance roles, preferably as an Intermediate Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks ONLINE
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Experience with payroll processing and related software is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data critically and accurately
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and management
- Prior experience in budgeting and financial reporting is desirable
- Relevant certifications or coursework in accounting or bookkeeping are advantageous

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
