Your Contribution:
Your Main Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's corporate CV database and project sheet database.

Coordinate employee resume updates, create and maintain resumes, and ensure consistency with company templates and branding standards.

Coordinate the creation and updating of project profiles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company templates and branding standards.
- Support Proposal Specialists in the preparation of proposals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and other business development submissions.

Coordinate the collection, organization, and formatting of proposal content and supporting documentation.
- Assist with proofreading, quality reviews, document formatting, and production of proposal documents.
- Support the preparation of forms, submission packages, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with employees across various offices to gather, update, and maintain accurate information.
- Assist with bidding site tracking and submissions through online portals.
Your Profile:
What Makes You Unique

Relevant degree in administration, communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience supporting proposal development, document production, marketing coordination, or administrative functions in a professional services environment.

Bilingualism (English and French), an asset.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.

Experience with InDesign, an asset.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and document formatting abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading and editing abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with document management systems, databases, or content repositories is considered an asset.
